The Z-Galley is our most complete outdoor kitchen — a fully covered, turnkey cooking space with a professional-grade 5-burner grill, artisan pizza oven, outdoor-rated refrigerator, and stowaway sink, all sheltered beneath a full peak roof. Every component is built from 304 stainless steel and powder-coated galvanized steel, finished with 17 linear feet of quartz countertops and a built-in quartz bar designed for effortless entertaining.

This isn't a collection of parts you need to piece together. The Z-Galley arrives as one engineered package — appliances installed, countertops set, storage ready — so there's nothing left to source, coordinate, or figure out on your own. Seven soft-close cabinets, two drawers with slides, and a pull-out trash bin give you the kind of storage and organization you'd expect from a high-end indoor kitchen, but built to withstand the elements year after year.

Each one is precision-built to Longshade's specifications — a 72,000-BTU grill with an infrared searing zone and rotisserie, a pizza oven that reaches 800°F on a refractory fire brick base, an outdoor-rated refrigerator tested in extreme ambient temperatures, and a stowaway sink with a seamless countertop cover. Every appliance is rigorously tested for thermal performance, ignition reliability, and long-term durability before it leaves the factory.

The Z-Galley ships configured for propane, but every grill and pizza oven includes a natural gas conversion kit at no extra charge. Your Longshade's consultant can help you plan for the right fuel connection during the consultation process.

Every appliance in the Z-Galley is precision-built to Longshade's specifications by a dedicated manufacturing partner. They're engineered exclusively for these kitchens — not off-the-shelf components repackaged under a different name. All appliances are covered under our comprehensive 5-year warranty.

The Z-Galley is designed for professional delivery and installation by the Longshade's team. While the structure can technically be assembled by a skilled homeowner, we recommend our professional installation to ensure everything is properly leveled, anchored, and connected for long-term performance and full warranty coverage.

Permit requirements vary by municipality. In most cases, a freestanding outdoor kitchen on a prepared surface (like an existing patio or concrete pad) does not require a building permit — but gas line connections may. Your Longshade's consultant will help you understand what's needed for your specific location.

The Z-Galley ships as a pre-assembled unit with all appliances installed. On installation day, our team handles placement in your backyard and final setup. Most installations are completed the same day, so you can be cooking dinner that evening.
